Hiring an Ads Manager isn’t like hiring a copywriter or a designer. It’s not like hiring a VA, or an integrator, or even a social media manager.

With other service providers, you pay one time—for the work they do.

But with Ads Managers, you also have to consider your ad spend. For example, my monthly fees start at $3,000/month, plus a percentage of your ad spend.

It just doesn’t make sense to hire someone like me until you have the budget for both.

The know-how.

You need to have a basic working knowledge of Facebook Ads before you start to outsource that sh*t. I know that’s not the sexy, flashy way to do things—which is probably why nobody’s talking about it—but I PROMISE you it’s going to help you in the long term.

You gotta find out what works and what doesn’t. You need to see ads that pull in ALL the leads, and ads that get crickets—and you need to understand WHY. You need to know your audience and what they respond to.

 ADsolutely FABulous isn’t a passive online course where you “learn at your own pace” (a.k.a. ignore it til it’s covered in cyber weeds and dolphins are swimming in the Grand Canal)...

I’m literally going to be working with you live, and early on in the program I’ll take time to get to know your specific business model, your clients & customers, and what you’re looking to achieve with your ads.

Each cohort will be limited to around 5-8 people, so everyone can get the attention and support they need.

Everyone in ADSolutely FABulous will also get access to the ADvisory course, a really great foundational Ads training developed by MY coach, Jody Millward. If you already know the basics, you won’t need this, but it’ll be there anyway. :)

The first thing we’ll do is figure out your overall strategy for running ads.

What do you want your ads to do for you? Generate new leads? Make sales? Grow your email list? Or something else?

Depending on your goals, we’ll determine what assets you need—a landing page, a webinar registration, a lead magnet offer, etc.

Ads bring new leads into your funnel, but the funnel is what makes the sale. Your assets need to align with what your customers want & need, and that means the right creative, the right messaging, and the right flow.

“Data driven decisions” sound impressive, but what exactly does that mean? 🧐

  • Understanding which metrics to track & what they mean (I’ll help you set this up)

This program works best for online courses, group coaching programs, or other online resources.

It’s not a great fit for eCommerce companies. (Different beast.)

I only work with clients whose mission and values I can get behind.

I care a LOT about the clients I work with, and the clients THEY work with. I know every coach says something like this, but you really need to be invested in this, both mentally and time-wise. Remember, this is the zone between doing it ALL yourself vs. hiring out and never thinking about ads again.

I want you to get there, I really do, but in this in-between zone you’re still doing most of the work yourself. The only difference is, I’ll be here to make sure you’re doing the right things in the right order, and making sure your hard work brings the ROI you’re looking for.

That said, I will intensely love what you do, and all the ways you are making the world a better place. I care as much about your success as I would if it were my own baby (because, in a way, it kind of is).

  • Our calls will be held live on Tuesdays at 12:00 PM EST/9 AM PST. (Next cohort starts October 3)

  • No questions are off limits! I freaking love marketing and Facebook advertising and could chat about them all day long!
