Make the Most of Your Smaller Meta Ad Budget!

Feeling like your small ad budget just isn’t enough? You’re not alone! Most small businesses don’t have the deep pockets that big brands do, but that doesn’t mean Facebook ads can’t work for them. The trick? 👉🏼 Keep it simple.

Forget the Complicated Stuff

Back in the day, running ads meant juggling all kinds of complicated campaigns with different objectives, strategies and big daily budgets. But those days are gone! 🎉 Now, simple strategies can deliver real results without giving you a headache.

Pick ONE Goal and Go All In

If your budget’s small, don’t try to do too much. Focus on ONE goal (like sales or leads) and put your whole budget behind it. Meta’s algorithm loves it when things are clear and simple—it just works way better that way!

Here’s a tip to save you some time: Facebook won't feed out all your ads at one time, so don’t waste time making a ton of ads at first. Make a few ads - possibly an image, video and Gif and 2 versions of copy. Let them run and look at the data to see what’s working best.

Stick to Conversions

At the end of the day, your goal is probably to get more sales or leads, right? Don’t mess with too many campaign types—just go straight for the conversion campaigns (in some dashboards it’s called ‘Leads’ or ‘Sales’.

Here’s what to use:

  • Advantage+ Audience: Give Meta a few hints on who you’re targeting, and let it do its thing.

  • Advantage+ Sales Campaign: This is gold for driving sales. Seriously, it’s the best.

  • Leads Objective: Perfect if you want to gather interest and potential clients/customers.

So for smaller budgets, in the world of FB ads, simple = effective.

Stick to one goal, keep things streamlined, and let the algorithm work its magic. Even with a small budget, you’ll get way more bang for your buck if you don’t overcomplicate it!
